Terms of service

RX Parity is an independent spend advocate. We analyze the purchasing and contract data you provide to identify price discrepancies across your hospitals, and we support recovering those overpayments on your behalf through documented credits and renegotiation. We are not your group purchasing organization and we do not broker your contracts.

There is no upfront fee and no software license to purchase. Our fee is contingent: it is drawn only from savings we actually identify and help you recover, as detailed in your engagement agreement. If we do not find recoverable savings, you owe us nothing for the analysis.

Both parties keep each other's confidential information private. We treat your data as strictly confidential, handle it as described in our Privacy & data handling policy, and will sign a confidentiality agreement before any data changes hands.

You retain all ownership of the data you provide and of the findings we produce for you. We claim no rights to your data beyond what is necessary to perform the analysis, and we never resell, share, or train models on it.

We bring rigor, proprietary technology, and experience, but every health system's data is different. We do not guarantee a specific dollar amount of savings. The figures in any analysis are estimates based on the data available, and actual recovery depends on factors including your contracts, your suppliers, and your decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, RX Parity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our analysis. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “updated” date above. The governing law and dispute-resolution terms for any project are set out in your signed engagement agreement.
